Reminders of autumn’s gracious bounty are dotted across the table, from persimmons and pomegranates to pumpkins and gourds. The varying shades of ocher, ruby, and cream bring warmth to the scene while candlesticks sit high to imbue a glowing ambience for the enchanting repast.
Host the affair on a covered patio with plenty of blankets and plush pillows for one more gathering before the winter chill takes hold. A hearty meal and steaming cups of cider are sure to keep guests satisfied, but the company of friends is most heartwarming.
