Discovered via the excellent Tat London blog—”an online jumble shop with a blog attached, run by me, Charlie Porter”— Juliet Restaurant, a new and subtly chic dining venue named for owner/sculptor Daniel Chadwick’s wife (how romantic!).

Chadwick, a sculptor and the impresario behind the Woolpack Inn in Gloucester, has a knack for offhand chic. Chadwick worked with Remodelista favorite Retrouvius on the design, which incorporates recycled materials and second-hand furniture and glassware.

About: “Juliet is located in the Stroud Music Centre, a well-established but neglected venue that’s perched on a corner not far from the train station and is now painted bright white,” Chadwick says.
